Stoke Newington, what a lovely place! The first time I went to Stoke Newington I forgot completely that I was in the busy city of London. It just feels like you are in another part of England where there's peace, sense of community, lots of charm and also trendy shops and restaurants. Sounds good, doesn't it? Stoke Newington Church Street is the area's lively epicentre, with packed-out bars and pubs. I highly recommend a visit.
Stokie's shops are also very nice and inspiring, especially for Designers and creative professionals... take care with the prices though. Much of N16's success is down to the remarkably strong presence of independent business and tranquility.
I've been recently with my loved ones to a Cafe that is also a Flower shop called The Green Room Cafe. We truly recommend. As a tip, I'd say go for a coffee at any of the charming coffee shops you pick at Church Street and after that, you can go for a walk at the lovely Clissold Park that is just down Church Street.
